Our ongoing campaign #BasAbBahutHoGaya focuses particularly on violence against women & girls (VAWG) and works towards bringing about a change in society.
Recently, we released the anthem ‘Chulein Aasman’ and the short-film ‘Unmute’ on all platforms of ‘Population Foundation Of India’. Apart from using all social media platforms to reach people, we also used the WhatsApp blast and reached 200K people.
Here’s how we unmuted the voices that ought to be heard!
Chulein Aasman
An anthem to spread the word on the inequality the women in India are subjected to, we launched this song on all platforms. This generated a lot of conversations amongst celebrities and their relatives about the violence that needs to stop.
Unmute
Highlighting the story of Shreya Kalra and the workplace harassment she faced, this film tells us a lot about the patriarchal society we live in. We live in a world where men get the benefit of doubt and women don’t. It’s time we all stand up and say #BasAbBahutHoGaya!
